CRISIS STATISTICS PERTAINING TO THE ORPHANS OF THE AFGHANISTAN WAR

 

Deaths from Combat (Direct & Indirect):

​

  • 46,000 civilians killed directly in the Afghanistan war (2001–2021); children made up a significant portion.
